Classical Guitarist Alex Knight is based in Devon, South West England and
has been performing and teaching in England and abroad for more than fourteen
years.

His music has delighted and entertained guests at numerous concerts,
weddings, parties, corporate functions and many other events. He has also performed in costume for Shakespeare plays and historical re-enactments playing Elizabethan and Renaissance music.

As well as playing solo, Alex regularly performs in a number of duos where he is accompanied by flute, harp, violin or another guitar.

He has achieved notable success abroad, touring extensively in Japan and Korea with his guitar duo. The original compositions and recorded pieces of his flute and guitar duo, Appassionata, have been used in film and tv and played to Princess Anne and Barack Obama.

Particularly stunning is the unusual combination of guitar and harp in his duo with harpist Luc Walpot. Here the repertoire extends into the realm of early Celtic music, taking full advantage of the unique sound created by the two instruments.
